Products

All furniture sold by Tulip Refurnish is refurbished. Each item is unique and sold as described on the product page. We provide accurate descriptions and photographs of the exact item you will receive. If we make a mistake in a product description, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including your right to a remedy for items that are not as described.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

Delivery

Delivery availability, timescales, and services are outlined in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returns

You have the right to return items within 31 days of receipt, subject to and as outlined in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy. Returned items must be in the same condition as delivered, allowing for reasonable inspection.

Warranty

Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure all products are safe and fit for use. To the extent permitted by law, Tulip Refurnish is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Tulip Refurnish Ltd and may not be used without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
