Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

We want you to feel confident buying pre-loved furniture from us. This policy explains your rights clearly and transparently. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.

1. Inspection & Rejection at Delivery

When your order is delivered, you are encouraged to inspect the item(s) while our delivery team is present.

If you choose to reject an item at the point of delivery, we will take it back immediately and issue a full refund, including delivery charges, within 14 days.

2. Your Legal Right to Cancel (First 14 Days)

If you buy online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), for any reason.

You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Return Options

Once the item(s) are received in their original condition, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

3. Extended 31-Day Returns (Our Peace-of-Mind Promise)

In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily extend our returns period to 31 days from delivery.

Returns requested between days 15 and 31 follow the same process and return options as outlined above.

4. Faulty or Misdescribed Items

If an item is faulty or not as described, you have the right to reject it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including delivery charges.

We will arrange collection at no cost to you.

5. 12-Month Functional Warranty

All items come with a 12-month functional warranty from the date of delivery.

If a fault develops during this period, we may arrange a repair or offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

To make a warranty claim, please complete our warranty form with details of the issue.

6. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
