You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason
We extend this right to 31 days for your peace of mind
You may reject an item at the point of delivery by informing our delivery driver, in which case it will be returned free of charge
After our drivers have left, if you choose to return an item, you may return it yourself, or choose our optional collection service (£50 per item)
Faulty or misdescribed items are collected free of charge and refunded in line with your statutory rights
All items include a 12-month functional warranty
